Water damage can be extensive if not handled properly, stopping the water source, removing the water and drying out the structure as quickly as possible to save the structure is key in reducing the length of the repair process.
We work with most water mitigation companies throughout the drying-out process.
Once the structure has been dried out, we will come in, scope the damage, and put together a repair estimate for the insurance adjuster.
Once the scope and price are agreed upon with the adjuster, the repairs are scheduled and the selections for finished items are gone over with the homeowner.
We can do any modifications from the original scope, expand rooms, move fixtures, or do any other work outside the scope of repairs.
